JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Senior Vice President to join the Ad Sales Marketing team. Reporting directly into the Executive Vice President of Ad Sales Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the Ad Sales Marketing strategy exclusively for Fox News Media. As the Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for creating the strategic go-to-market positioning and trade communication plans & materials for the Fox News Media brand properties, including Fox News Channel, Fox Business, FoxNews.com, FoxBusiness.com and associated digital and social properties.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive process, drive demand and support revenue generation to the FOX News Media portfolio
• Partner with Ad Sales Leadership to identify annual sales objectives and strategies
• Manage and develop three teams of direct reports – Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing and Branded Content capabilities
• Create currency through the development of creative sponsorship opportunities – proactive and reactive/RFPs (Integrated Marketing)
• Develop and implement the annual multi-platform Ad Sales Marketing communication plan (Brand Marketing)
• Create and manage marketplace capability for Branded Content ideation/development /execution
• Elevate strengths of the respective brands by weaving together compelling sales collateral, sponsorship opportunities and ''Client Experience'' activities targeted to Media Decision Makers
• Develop sales tools and materials based on business needs, including content development, strategic narratives and graphic design direction
• Develop and execute Client Experience strategy across Industry Conferences/Events (CES, Cannes, ANA, TFQ, etc) and Native Events (Upfront, etc)
• Liaise with internal FOX News Media Executive teams – Leadership, Consumer Marketing, Media Relations, Programming, Production
• Manage cohesive partnerships between Ad Sales Marketing and Research, Planning, Inventory Management, Account Services and Sales Strategy
• Coordinate Ad Sales Marketing efforts on behalf of FOX News Media across the FOX Portfolio, FOX Sports & FOX Entertainment Ad Sales Marketing teams
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 15+ years' experience managing and overseeing ad sales marketing and building/executing strategy in a fast-paced, creative sales environment
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
• Candidate must possess maturity, professionalism and poise under pressure, and have proven experience interacting with top-level business executives, as the position requires direct contact with senior Ad Sales management, key clients and talent, and is a brand representative in the marketplace.
• Proven people leader with strong stakeholder management skills
• Senior-level client interaction
• Analytical skills with a strong data-informed and strategic point of view
• Highly organized, results-oriented and driven to find the most effective and efficient processes
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-evolving and highly complex integrated environment

• Strong command and understanding of the media marketplace
• Ability to influence others to accept practices, approaches and recommendations
• Agency media planning background is a plus
