JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join the # 1 National Cable Morning Show, Fox & Friends First. The sky is the limit for someone eager to learn and grow in this fast-paced and dynamic industry. As a Production Assistant, you will work to coordinate live guests, create content, and work closely with show producers. You are someone who is creative and has a competitive spirit.
**YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY**
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate remote live shots
• Create research packets for show segments
• Serve as quality control for video elements
• Produce guest segments and reporter hits while coordinating with studio and field crews
• Produce content for social media platforms
• Pitch story ideas and be willing to see them through from start to finish
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years TV news or communications experience
• Great communication skills, terrific attitude and proven team player
• Strong digital and social media skills
• Willingness to pitch in on any and all projects

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $19.00-25.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
