JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Corporation is looking for an HR Coordinator to provide support to the SVP, Human Resources and VP, Human Resources, which will include screening and directing phone calls/inquiries, processing expenses, scheduling and coordinating travel/meetings, maintaining all calendar items, and processing incoming mail and correspondence. You are the first point of contact for employee inquiries and will properly direct matters to appropriate internal parties to coordinate fast and effective resolutions. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for overall departmental flow and organization.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Database/position management across multiple business units
• Manage headcount (HC) and partner with finance on HC reporting
• Run HR audit reports
• Manage all job requisitions and work alongside talent acquisition
• Process hires for our Freelance population
• Coordinate with provisioning managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Alternate leading new hire orientation
• Manage termination process, schedule, and conduct exit interviews
• Update org charts and employee data sheets
• Answer employee questions regarding company policies
• Track and process completed merit performance review forms
• Manage and track COVID-19 related absences
• Partner with extended HR teams including Compensation, Operations, and Benefits for request and problem solving
• Complete miscellanouus projects/tasks as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in human resources or related field
• Experience using HR Software and HRIS databases (e.g., Workday, and HRG Travel)
• HR competence and knowledge of HR process
• Strong skills using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking
• Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Be able to complete tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (with quick turnaround)
• Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
