JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Business Partners for Sports Ad Sales!!! The Administrative Business Partner requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives and requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, possess analytical skills, and able to work independently
Will serve as part of an EA team supporting the broader Ad Sales organization
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, organize, and manage all logistics for high-level internal and external Sports Ad Sales meetings, including catering, AV/IT needs, agendas, and printed materials ensuring flawless execution, in collaboration with internal partners and external clients
• Manage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics
• Manage all Sports Ad Sales workflows that require approvals
• Prepare executives and larger Sports Ad Sales team in advance of all meetings
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items on behalf of key executives
• Execute expense management activities in a timely manner ensuring expense reconciliation is current at all times
• Seamlessly manage all facets of complex domestic and international travel coordination, including creation of detailed itineraries for executive
• Partner with onsite operational teams on offices moves, team requests, etc
• Identify internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative and efficient way
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-3 years media/advertising industry experience
• Exemplary organizational skills to deliver flawless work output
• Detail oriented with positive disposition with the keen ability to adapt to various situations in an ever changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor and a polished email style
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, with the familiarity and comfort of Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to build a strong internal network and act as the unifier of the Sports Ad Sales team
• Comfort and confidence to interface with Ad Sales clients at the highest levels
• High interest/experience in Ad Sales
• Work well in a team environment while positively representing your executive
• Ability to manage competing priorities with ease

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $31.25-42.00 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
