ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures, a Fox-owned portfolio company innovating at the intersection of content, commerce, and technology, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead hiring across creative, commercial, and corporate roles.
You'll be the dedicated recruiting partner to Red Seat's executive and functional leads, owning high-impact roles in ad sales, editorial, brand/creative, digital marketing, and corporate operations. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-autonomy, multi-disciplinary environments, can move fast, and knows how to calibrate across creative and business leadership.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own full-cycle recruiting across ad sales, editorial, marketing, and corporate teams (up to 15 roles concurrently)
• Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to define profiles, interview plans, and success bars
• Source talent across content, brand, media, SaaS, and startup ecosystems
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain process alignment in Greenhouse and with Fox TA systems and reporting
• Deliver clear, consistent communication and weekly updates to Red Seat and Fox stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5+ years of recruiting experience with proven strength in ad sales, creative, content, and G&A hiring
• Strong sourcing and pitch skills - you can sell the story, brand, and opportunity to both creatives and operators
• Experience hiring for at least 3 of the following: editorial, brand/creative, ad sales, digital marketing, finance, HR, legal, ops
• Comfortable operating independently with multiple stakeholders and hiring styles
• Strong instincts on candidate quality, cultural fit, and how to move quickly in lean teams
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Background recruiting for DTC brands, creator economy platforms, digital media ventures, or early-stage corporate teams
• Experience with freelance, contract-to-hire, and full-time recruiting models
• Familiarity with content licensing, audience growth strategy, or monetization in media

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55.00-65.00 per hour.
