Job Description
The Executive Assistant II will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and potentially one member of the team (VP level). This includes, but is not limited to, calendar management, preparing and tracking expense reports, making travel arrangements, track on a monthly basis the annual business travel for accounting/tax purposes, coordination of team events/offsites and preparing meeting materials. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of achieving results in an Executive environment and should possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-level relationships with sensitivity.

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Executive in providing a wide range of administrative support functions focused upon the needs of the assigned Executive(s)
- Conducts a wide range of assignments derived from the duties and responsibilities of the Executive(s) served - specific functions may include:
• Coordinating and maintain Outlook calendars
• Gathering and abstracting materials for such events as meetings, and/or presentations
• Administering travel arrangements related travel and entertainment expense reports
• Reviewing and categorizing incoming correspondence
• Preparing routine correspondence
• Coordinating team events
• Answering and screening incoming calls
- Coordinates the administration, logistics and flow of the work for the assigned Executive(s)
- Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and tact, operates collaboratively, and works to build trusting relationships with the Executive(s), partners and stakeholders
- Interacts with a wide variety of ESPN and external contacts on behalf of the Executive(s) assigned
- Serves as a point of contact for all HR department when ordering supplies, managing conference rooms and calendars

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of related executive administrative support in generally comparable functions

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrates the following: time management, conflict management, business acumen, planning and execution, flexibility, and ability to identify new ways of working
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while balancing multiple, simultaneous requests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with ability to quickly lean any HR-specific databases used by the executive(s) supported
• Has advanced verbal and written communication skills, demonstrates a high sensitivity to the purposes and motivations of the persons desiring contact with the assigned executive(s), and works effectively with a diverse group
• Ability to speak and write Spanish is preferred

Preferred Education:
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
