Job Description
The Associate Director, ESPN Original Content Integration is tasked with overseeing content strategy and integration for ESPN Original Content which includes 30 for 30, ESPN+ Content, and special documentaries under the Director of Original Content Development & Integration. The position is charged with a range of responsibilities from contributing to the full content strategy, effective and essential content partnerships internally and externally, to managing integration and promotional opportunities for the brands under the Original Content group. Strong preference for someone who has previous and current experience working with filmmakers and strong industry relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Creation, organization, and execution of promotional plans (i.e. internal and cross-departmental integration) around ESPN Original Content projects including 30 for 30 and ESPN+ content.
• Help oversee content integration across the awards space and festival in collaboration with the development team.
• Be an influential point of contact for interdepartmental discussions related to programming, sales, PR, and digital programming.
• Collaborate with Director of Original content and programming counterparts to strategize when content premieres and re-air based on delivery dates, film festivals, anniversaries, and the sports calendar.
• Curate spotlight section on ESPN+ in accordance to programming schedule, anniversaries and developments in the sports world.
• Ensure that sales obligations are executed upon within designated timeframe (i.e. film rollouts, assets, and social integration).
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented since we're managing a large number of projects, assets, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide feedback and guidance to Producers to optimize integration opportunities.
• Will manage people.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of and relationships in the media space including documentary, film industry, including filmmakers, festivals and tastemakers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability execute events and promotional plans.
• Has strong communication skills and ability to lead.
• Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in production, management or marketing projects.
