Job Description
The Walt Disney Company launched ESPN+, the first-ever multi-sport, direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service, in 2018. ESPN+ is your home for live sports, the complete 30 for 30 library, and exclusive originals from the top names in sports.

Engagement Editorial Marketing is a cross-functional team focused on driving engagement and retention for Disney+, ESPN+ and Star+. The team is creative, results driven, data-informed and thoughtful. Members of the team identify opportunities, build programs and develop optimization loops across the subscriber lifecycle. Ideal candidates for this position are hungry for knowledge, have a strong curiosity, and operate with integrity. This position will have the opportunity to learn how to build Engagement Editorial campaigns end to end.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the ESPN+ Engagement Editorial Marketing team.
• Assist in building mobile (in-app & push) campaigns for ESPN+ sports and PPV.
• Provide assistance with the end-to-end campaign process.
• Work in synergy with Marketing Ops, Product, Sports Marketing, Fan Engagement, and Creative teams.
• Seek out creative assets for campaigns.
• Coordinate asset deliveries for mobile execution.
• Assist in creating, monitoring, tracking, and managing ticketing.
• Assist in facilitating feedback for campaigns.
• Work closely with other associates and coordinators on the team.

Qualifications:
• Relevant marketing experience, developing multi-channel content strategies preferred.
• Entertainment experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across a large organization and partnering with people who are experts in their fields.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Familiarity with Braze is a plus.
• Track record of creating content marketing and customer campaigns that drive feature adoption and product usage.
• Strong project management and timeline management skills.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Results-driven and self-starter.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the sports industry.
• Familiarity with ESPN+ Programming and the sports media landscape (UFC, LaLiga, PGA Tour, NHL, college sports, etc.)
