What We Do

Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. We will work closely with the Creator Ecosystem, Fortnite Ecosystem, and First Party game teams to drive product strategy and implementation.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Product Director to work on proactively identifying opportunities to improve the player experience in the Fortnite ecosystem. The Product Director will be working to build an understanding of problem areas through tactical, data-informed insights, as well as driving and implementing solutions and features aimed at solving problem areas.

In this role, you will
• Self-serve & generate novel data analytics
• Drive product strategy via insights, and work to educate and evangelize the strategy and focus area for our team and all of Epic Games
• Report on product performance, outcomes, and key KPIs to executive leadership
• Take ownership of products areas and drive toward positive outcomes for our ecosystem of players and creators

What we're looking for
• Deep and meaningful games experience and understanding of live service/AAA GaaS titles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Tactical, on-the-ground experience driving and shipping products in a games or tech environment
• Experience with product leadership in a platform or ecosystem-style product, such as Marketplaces, Content Platforms, etc.
• Experience with user research, interviews, and focus groups
• Entrepreneurial attitude: willingness to go the extra mile to solve problems in non-traditional and creative ways to drive progress forward
