What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Paid Media Manager to help build our paid media strategies. You will play a pivotal role in designing media strategies that hit our KPIs and support business outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and media innovation; this candidate is curious, ambitious, exceptionally self-motivated and can support the various initiatives happening at once.

In this role, you will
• Translate business goals into media goals, ensuring strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
• Build and maintain strong relationships internal stakeholders, by serving as the key media contact
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs
• Track, report and analyze campaign metrics, applying learnings to scale campaigns and develop new media strategies
• Oversee robust A/B testing to refine acquisition strategies and maximize returns on investment
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital media buying and user acquisition
• Actively contribute to the evolution of team processes and workflow

What we're looking for
• 3+ years hands on experience of media planning, with an emphasis on digital platforms - - Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Snapchat
• Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of the entire media planning process
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently problem-solve in a fast-paced & results-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong sense of innovation and collaboration
• Ability to build strong relationships across the business, including a capacity to influence upwards
• Entertainment experience is a bonus

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA & NYC).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$106,314 - $155,927 USD

California Base Pay Range

$93,557 - $137,216 USD
