We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.

What You'll Do

The Inside Sales Manager will drive a considerable volume of new licensing relationships by fielding inbound inquiries as well as proactively identifying new opportunities across the vast landscape of independent game developers building for mobile, PC, console, or all of the above. You will immerse yourself in Epic's we win when you win philosophy for working with game developers, and you will set a strategy for implementing that approach with new licensees of our technology. You will then work with the game dev community to implement your plan creating a large number of new opportunities.

In this role, you will
• Bring a considerable volume of new game developers to Epic Game Dev Tools, including Unreal Engine, Epic Online Services,, and more
• Develop and implement and strategy to drive the adoption of UE and Epic game dev tools via the Inside Sales function, including reacting to inbound and proactive outreach
• Deliver leads for custom licenses to the Business Development team and regularly report on your findings to the team, present why your leads are valuable
• Follow up both externally and internally, to ensure leads are being acted on
• Assistance with team operations such as Information gathering and tracking, and engaging with licensees to assist them in their reporting and payment obligations

What we're looking for
• At least 3 years of experience in a game tech sales, business development or business intelligence capacity, within the videogames industry
• Deep knowledge of the videogame market
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starter capable of working at a high level in a team or on their own
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of positions and functions within and outside the organization
• Ability to read, comprehend, and provide feedback on industry data and industry reports

This role is open to multiple locations (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren't limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic's generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$158,782 — $232,880 USD

California Base Pay Range

$139,728 — $204,934 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$133,376 — $195,619 USD
