Executive Assistant (Finance)

What you'll do

Epic Games seeks an Executive Assistant to support their Finance and Accounting team leadership.

In this role, you will
• Support calendar management and meeting scheduling
• Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Assist with Expense, Invoice and PO Management
• Support FP&A process, including tracking deliverables
• Mail, track and scan documents associated with tax compliance
• Assist with managing bank accounts, including opening/closing accounts, tracking signatures and managing documentation
• Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings
• Work with finance and legal teams to execute contracts and pay invoices
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Maintain contact lists
• Take accurate minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

What we're looking for
• Previous experience supporting accounting and/or finance leadership
• Familiarity with FP&A process and deliverables
• Familiarity with tax compliance filings
• Familiarity with bank account management
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• College degree, preferred
