We drive adoption and usage for Unreal Engine and provide our customers with the tools and support to make amazing visual projects in the Unreal Engine.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive strategic growth initiatives and lead business operations on our global go to market team responsible for Epic's full range of developer tools and services. With Unreal Engine as our core platform and a portfolio that includes Twinmotion, Epic Online Services, Kids Web Services, Metahuman, Fab, and Rad Game Tools, you will spearhead transformative business initiatives, optimize cross-functional operations, and unlock new market opportunities.
In this role, you will
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the overall vision for Epic's developer tools and services. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities that drive revenue, market share, and innovation across Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Epic Online Services, Kids Web Services, Metahuman, Fab, and Rad Game Tools
• Business Operations Excellence: Oversee and optimize sales and business operations to ensure scalable, efficient, and sustainable processes are in place. Lead annual and long range planning, measure and maximize team productivity and the impact of our cross-functional go to market efforts, and work cross-functionally to identify ways to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance
• Market Insights and Expansion: Lead market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the spectrum of our developer tools and services, translating insights into actionable business strategies
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive cross-functional initiatives that bridge strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across all departments and product lines
• Performance Metrics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and inform strategic decisions across multiple service areas. Leverage data analytics to optimize operations and identify growth levers in a rapidly evolving market
What we're looking for
• Demonstrated 12+ years experience in strategic planning, revenue/business operations, management consulting or growth-focused roles, ideally within tech, gaming, or platform oriented businesses
• Experience managing simultaneous strategic initiatives across a matrixed organization collaborating with finance, product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams
• Demonstrated success scaling sales and service operations globally
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
• Ability to identify and resolve critical business challenges
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for real time 3D, creator tools, or broader digital content creation products and services
