DEI Community Specialist (Contract)

In this role, you will help provide coordination and project management support to advance
Epic's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You will partner closely with Epic's DEI team,
People team, leaders, and the business to build employee belonging, strengthen corporate brand
reputation through the internal and external promotion of diversity and culture initiatives that
support Epic's overall mission.
Overview - What you'll do
• Support and coordinate internal and external diversity-related programming, including
employee resources group programming, external partnerships, and Epic's giving
programs
• Provide administrative support to the DE&I team to include meetings, programming, and
maintenance of online resources
• Assist with employee resource group efforts, programming, and events
• Attend diversity-related events and/or programming
• Keep abreast of developments as they relate to DE&I efforts in the tech and gaming
industry
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall strategic initiatives and goals of the DE&I team

Qualifications
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality written documents and deliverables
with few or no errors
• Desire to take initiative to fix problems and improve processes
• Able to balance the demands of multiple projects at different stages of development
while maintaining quality and consistency across all work with periodic job and task
ambiguity
• Able to adapt to unexpected tasks
• Ability to build relationships quickly in order to reach the desired outcome
• Experience driving initiatives and programs forward, influencing stakeholders
