The Role and What You'll Do:

The Specialist (Data Scientist), People Analytics role will play a critical role in expanding People Analytics at Endeavor. The mission of the People Analytics team is to provide data-driven insights and strategic direction regarding our organization and people that are compelling and actionable. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, works effectively with people, and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving people analytics in a dynamic organization.
• Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python) to create innovative and informative visualizations
• Own the development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analysis, and dashboards; generate recurring monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc and annual reports and presentations
• Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure consistency and transparency
• Use statistical techniques, and predictive modelling to extract insights from complex people and organizational data and package insights in a meaningful way
• Develop scalable machine learning solutions on topics such as talent acquisition, talent management, attrition, and learning to enable data-driven decision making
• Manage integration of data sets resulting from M&A activity as appropriate
• Collaborate with HR leaders, COEs, and various companies within Endeavor to support strategic data initiatives
• Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking meaningful questions, interpreting data, and taking action

You Have These:
• Bachelor's degree required (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, I/O Psychology, or STEM fields preferred)
• 3+ years of analytics, consulting, data science experience, preferably in People Analytics
• Deep technical, hands-on experience in Python/R, SQL, Power BI
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, organized and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive data

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Strong understanding of HR strategy and systems
• Experience with Workday Reporting, PRISM and People Analytics
