The Role and What You'll Do :

Endeavor is seeking a HRIS Specialist to partner with HR SMEs to ensure implementation of end-to-end solutions supporting Benefits; HCM mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.  T his team member will provid e analysis and reports and will be the Workday SME for these functions . Th e role is r esponsible for tasks required in acquiring and divesting companies and will support the administration of Benefits in a level two capacity . The candidate should be able to look at the 'big picture' and understand all system touchpoints but also be skilled in detailed functional system configuration. 

You Have These (Add Qualification s ): 
• Solid understanding of configuration for hiring, onboarding, changing benefits and offboarding Workday business processes .
• Experience using Workday's EIBs to load event data.
• Working knowledge of using Workday reporting tools to extract HCM data , including Benefit enrollments.
• Ability to lead the testing of designed HCM solutions ensuring defects are documented, tracked, and resolved and that configured solutions perform as expected and sign offs are in place .
• A strong customer service focus in support of the Benefits team's use of Workday to administer benefit plans and programs .
• Keen eye for detail and ability to seek solutions independently using Workday Community and other resources .
• A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in chasing the 'latest and greatest' for the users of the system .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting abilities with a continual focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

We'd Love If You Also Have These: 
• Contributor in one or more global HCM implementations and experience with country specific localizations.
• Experience with Workday Leave Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$63,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$85,000 annually
