Who We Are Looking For
The IMG events marketing team is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Senior Designer. The candidate will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to design and conceptualise compelling creative solutions for our global sponsors and partners that support revenue growth across IMG's events portfolio.
The qualified candidate should have a sophisticated design sense, innovative ideas, strong presentation skills, great attention to detail and possess a problem-solving mindset. This individual should excel at working both independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. They also must be able to handle several projects at once and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Lead the development of creative for Global Partnerships – projects include client or sponsor-specific sales materials, RFP responses, capabilities documents, mock-ups, internal comms, event collateral and social/digital assets.
• Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Account Managers and Global Partnerships commercial teams that are strategically sound, on-brand and meet the brief. Experience working in the brand partnership/events space is a bonus here.
• Produce engaging sales collateral consisting of original designs, graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments.
• Be the design champion for how our event brands integrate partner or sponsor brands seamlessly and authentically visually and creatively;
• Work together with the team to ensure all briefs are clear, succinct and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
You'll Have The Following Strengths:
• Extensive experience working as a Designer delivering B2B creative & design solutions ideally for sports, media or entertainment properties;
• Working experience of applying traditional and interactive design principles and solutions that deliver best-in-class presentation design, creative activation ideas, sponsorship activity mock-ups, sponsorship asset layouts, infographics etc
• Strong understanding and passion for branding, typography, logos, colour palettes, event graphics, print and digital collateral;
• Previous experience concepting, designing and delivering creative solutions and assets within a fast-paced, live events environment would be desirable;
• A proven track record delivering multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard;
• Experience effectively managing diverse internal and external stakeholders with varying objectives;
• Basic understanding and knowledge of the sports & lifestyle global sponsorship market – understanding why brands want to partner with live events & sports properties would be extremely useful in this role;
• A background working in the media/ sports/ entertainment industry would be beneficial but is not critical.
• Mac proficiency with strong, working ability to use Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects skills;
• A basic working knowledge of Premiere, Cinema 4d, Sketch, HTML/CSS, Photography, Illustration is all a plus, but not essential.

Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• This role will be based In New York.
• Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
