Endeavor is seeking a Sr. Manager, Recruiting to support WME in NY. The person in this role will largely focus on fashion recruitment with some crossover into other areas of WME.

Responsibilities
• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for mid to senior level searches across fashion and WME overall
• Develop the recruiting strategy for our fashion business including strategic sourcing plans, diversity partnerships, and proactive outreach externally to establish a robust talent network
• Develop deep business understanding in order to create talent pipelines for common jobs
• Leverage the extensive existing business networks to engage with talent and recommend for open roles
• Get to know internal talent expertise and interests to consider for potential roles
• Identify annual events, partnerships and organizations to get involved with broadening our talent pipelines
• Develop temp pools and sourcing strategies for annual events and seasonal hiring
• Create external diversity partnerships and events to meet and network with fashion talent
• Work closely with hiring managers and leaders across the fashion business to assist with hiring quality talent at a fast clip
• As part of the WME recruiting team, support coverage for searches across the larger business
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting
• Prior experience in the fashion and/or retail space strongly preferred
• Strategic approach to recruiting for open roles and developing talent pipelines
• Passion for the fashion business, curios, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to partner effectively with recruiting and HR peers
• Metrics driven, understanding of marketplace trends, strategic sourcing expertise
• Search management and superb negotiation skills
• Bachelors degree preferred
