Job Description
IMG Licensing is seeking a Sr Manager of Licensing to work on some of the most recognizable gaming, entertainment brands and studios including Lionsgate, Skydance Animation, Fortnite, Rocket League, Angry Birds, Dolly Parton, Queer Eye etc. This position will assist in managing the day-to-day licensing activities and program lifecycle of said brands.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Coordination of licensing activities (royalty reporting/tracking, licensee database management, new licensee on-boarding, and communications).
• Manage the strategy and business development for day to day client needs
• Build relationships with industry leading partners and licensees
• Source, Prospect and Deliver highly competitive partnership deals across multiple focused categories within entertainment, gaming and talent brands
• Maintain project management documents tracking existing and prospective licenses and partners
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to update presentations when required and ensure sales material are kept up to date and ready for pitching
• Own the reporting function to Sr Management tracking progress of business development
• Manage end-to-end process across legal, finance and operations
• Maintain various database and spreadsheet files – including licensee contact information, marketing support deliverables, contractual commitments
• Create and/or update sales presentation materials, franchise decks, product inspiration boards using Power Point
• Assist with the preparation/presentation of internal meetings, road shows, and events
• Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned; track progress and results when necessary
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events, projects, meetings and conferences.
• Provide conference call support; organize calls, listen and proactively take notes and set follow up
• Support AVP in meeting divisional goals, objectives, and priorities
• Attend and participate in divisional/departmental meetings
• Other tasks as requested

Knowledge and Experience
• 5+ years of relevant licensing experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience within retail industry is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint or keyote, and Excel
• Some travel may be required
