The Role:

The Senior Manager, Human Resources will act as an influential business partner; collaborating closely with department leaders and their teams to align strategic priorities/ business needs and ensure HR service delivery capabilities are effectively and efficiently leveraged within the business. This experienced HR business partner will support all key aspects of the human resources lifecycle, including ownership in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent development and employee engagement. Responsible for driving change and fostering cross-functional relationships, it's necessary that the successful candidate is a problem solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. With an emphasis on creating clarity and delivering data-driven solutions, this respected HR partner will be expected to drive results and contribute to success of the team. Reporting to On location's Vice President, Human Resources, the senior manager, HR will be accountable for providing strategic consultation and coaching to business leaders in the following areas:
• Building and maintaining a thriving workplace culture with intentional employee engagement activities.
• Creating and clarifying preferred performance management routines, effective employee relations processes, and talent development rhythms that shape future leaders.
• Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, audit compensation benchmarks, and ensure operational excellence is delivered.

What You'll Do:
• Act as a confident and trusted partner to business unit leadership teams
• Support VP, HR with execution of broader HR strategies including recruitment strategies (in partnership with Global Recruitment), program enhancements and benefits (in partnership with Total Rewards), D&I strategy (in partnership with Inclusion), employee communications and performance management (in partnership with Learning & Organizational Development team).
• Provide employee relations support, including but not limited to investigating and preparing appropriate documentation related to any potential EEO, discrimination, harassment, or any other complaints.
• Advise managers on all stages of the performance management, goal setting, and compensation processes.
• In conjunction with the HR Business Partner team, support organization development and change management processes. Manage restructure and separation processes as and when required.
• Collaborate and lead a swift, operationally excellent onboarding process that leverages practices from best-in-class organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, community groups and external partners to assist in finding the best talent for our diverse and evolving needs.
• Regularly audit human resources' procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses, risk and areas for improvement.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to business needs, audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Demonstrate a continuous appetite to learn and grow, while staying abreast or local and national HR trends and challenges.
• Other and additional duties that may be within scope of the role.

You Have These:
• 5+ years of previous HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset, natural curiosity, and drive for problem-solving.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and with remote teams.
• Motivated team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent computer skills and experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive)
• Courageous and critical thinker with the confidence to express opinions and diverse perspective.
• Ability to command attention, exercise professionalism and possess an aptitude for agility.
• Knowledge and instincts that help identify potential employee issues early on and a willingness to address them proactively.
• Strong sense of accountability and demonstrated focus on ethical behaviors.
• Expert relationship builder who engages authentically and maintains position relationships.
• Confident speaking in public, in front of large groups, as well as an ability to manage strong personalities.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends and holidays with some overnight travel.

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Previous experience working in a sports, entertainment, fashion or music industry.
• Bilingual- Spanish or French.
• Workday and ADP familiarity.
• HR Certification

Travel:
• Some overnight travel required, less than 25%
