Endeavor's Impact and Inclusion Team is looking for an executive to lead inclusion efforts for 160/90, based in New York or Los Angeles. The Sr. Director will lead internal diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the agency, as well as contribute to relevant client-facing work.. The goal of the position is to 1) significantly impact workforce composition by increasing the number of individuals from underrepresented and historically excluded groups, 2) develop and implement strategies and programs that increase retention, productivity, career progression, culture and belonging for all employees from underrepresented and historically excluded backgrounds, and 3) act as an advisor and participant for client teams working on campaigns or projects targeting consumers from underrepresented backgrounds or dealing with themes of community impact, social or racial justice.

Inclusion Strategy and Implementation
• Design and implement inclusion strategy and accountability metrics for 160/90 developed internally or by the Impact & Inclusion team.
• Inclusion strategy to include recommendations to attract, retain and advance employees and candidates from URGs across recruitment, career progression, succession planning, employee culture, onboarding, retention, equity, benefits and communications
• Project manage implementation of inclusion strategy across a variety of stakeholders and internal groups including communications, recruitment, early careers, learning and organizational development, human resources, management, and leadership.
• Meet regularly with agency leadership to review strategy, progress to-date, metrics and KPIs
• Recommend specific pipeline, industry partnerships and branding opportunities to Impact + Inclusion Operations and Partnerships teams

Culture and Belonging
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify inclusion-related trends within the company
• Recommend and oversee implementation of relevant trainings and capacity building exercises for leadership, people managers and the general employee population
• Support HR business partners to develop and implement support system for employees from underrepresented groups, particularly new hires
• Identify and provide recommendations for cultural initiatives and bias interrupters
• Act as Impact + Inclusion liaison with business unit leadership and employee base
• Support team and company-wide Impact + Inclusion priorities as needed

Client-facing Work
• Advise 160/90 client teams on projects focused on reaching consumers from underrepresented groups
• Provide insights and recommendations on projects involving racial and social justice themes
• Participate in client work, projects and RFPs with a multicultural marketing focus
• Interface with clients and buyers as needed

Knowledge and Experience
• 7+ years of work experience
• Experience working in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, or on social change initiatives
• 3+ years working at an advertising, marketing or experiential agency
• Marketing experience specifically focused on communities of color
• Proven track record with building strong relationships with internal and external business partners
• Previous experience in an HRBP role is also preferred, but not required.

• Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and demonstrate a willingness to help others
• Demonstrate passion for creating inclusive corporate cultures with a history of executing inclusive campaigns and initiatives
• Exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and determination to drive our company culture of employee engagement and an inclusive workplace forward
• Exercise expert judgment and sensitivity in all communications and conversations

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$175,000 annually
