The Role and What You'll Do:

As the Senior Director, US Benefits you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs within the organization. Your primary objective will be to develop and manage comprehensive benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within defined budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of existing benefits programs.
• Analyze employee needs and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing benefits offerings.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other ancillary benefits.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits, such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and state-specific regulations.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain benefits communication materials, policies, and procedures to educate employees on available benefits and ensure consistent understanding across the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to employee benefits.
• Work closely with external auditors, consultants, and legal counsel to ensure accurate and timely reporting of benefits-related information.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
• Lead benefits integration for all US M&A activity
• Develop and deliver benefits-related training programs and workshops for employees, managers, and HR staff.
• Plan and project manage open enrollment periods and other benefits-related events.
• Utilize data insights to identify areas for program improvement and inform decision-making processes. 
• Lead a team of benefits professionals

You Have These:
• 10-15 years of experience in benefits management, including management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven experience in benefits program design, implementation, and administration.
• Merger & Acquisition integration experience
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and strong comfort with HR technology to support the activation of benefit programs via HR digital platforms
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$138,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$185,000 annually
