Senior Analyst, Finance & Integration - Olympics

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be supporting the finance team in working with On Location leadership to provide timely, data-driven reporting and insights to inform decisions around the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, LA 2028).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the P+L leaders by developing high quality models to forecast and monitor core economics of the event, including channel and product sales and profit plans
• Lead projects / model development to answer specific questions related to financial performance or strategic initiatives and identify recommendations to drive results
• Conduct quantitative analysis of operational and financial data, including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, channel and product analysis, pipeline analysis
• Support strategic efforts around go-to-market analytics and dashboard reporting, including identification of key performance indicators that guide revenue and total margin improvement
• Develop & maintain the Olympics long-range plan financial models and scenario analysis
• Assist in scaling and automating processes for financial and operational reporting
• Partner with the Olympics and broader OL accounting teams as needed on monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and forex strategy and planning

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3-4 years of relevant, professional experience

Preferred Education and/or Experience
• Ideal background experience includes but are not limited to investment banking, consulting, or corporate FP+A
• Able to summarize information into insights using a mix of data presentation and visualization techniques
• Excellent excel and modeling skills, capable in PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Knowledgeable about data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
• Comfortable making assumptions to help navigate inconsistent or incomplete data sources
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, MATLAB) a plus
• Familiarity with SQL a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) a plus

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
