Overview

WME Fashion is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager to work across its four global business units: IMG Models, Art + Commerce, The Wall Group and IMG Fashion Events.

The Manager/Senior Manager possesses a sophisticated, worldly, impeccable aesthetic, which helps to maintain the general aesthetic standards of the group and its business units at a high level. Candidates should love cross functional teamwork, digital design and be very hands-on. The ideal candidate will be able to brainstorm creative concepts with our content strategy team and business, they will work in fashion photo shoots, original content for web and social media and develop original digital products from scratch in collaboration with developers, ensuring deadlines are met all the way to launch. We require advanced design skills, from concept to execution and strong digital product development experience.

Primary Responsibilities
• Reports directly to the VP Creative
• The Manager/Senior Manager forms a strong connection between the design team, the project managers and the VP Creative. They will also collaborate with agents, managers, content producers, content strategy team, and developers on the day-to-day design needs of IMG Models, Art + Commerce, The Wall Group, IMG Fashion Events as well as on varied projects related to WME Fashion as a whole
• Helps developing cohesive, unique visual storytelling for talent portfolios that brings their work to life
• Helps to faciliate the work of Web Designers, Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic artists and UX Designers
• Directly oversees design freelancers that are brought in during busier times and are responsible for scheduling and budgeting along with Project Management team
• Collaborates with photographers, videographers, and content producers

Requirements
• Solid digital product development background
• Experience working globally across different markets and different time zones
• A solid understanding of design for digital, mobile and a strong sense of what makes a great user experience
• Background in experiential design and IRL
• UX and interaction design experience
• Must possess varied experience, excellent sense of layout, typography, color and have keen awareness of current digital design
• In depth knowledge of fashion, photography and art, and familiarity with the WME Fashion ecosystem
• Must take direction well, should be detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and supportive environment
• Very strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Must have experience in managing projects from conception to completion and come up with surprising, cool ideas
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photo editing tools, video editing tools, Asana & Figma
• Must be college graduate with minimum 5 years creative design experience preferably in digital
• Great attitude

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
