Overview of Job
IMG Models is seeking an organized and detail-oriented RECEPTIONIST to join the team. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, high-pressure environment. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as work in a team environment, and must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Answer all telephone calls, taking complete and accurate messages
• Greet all visitors to the office
• Arrange for messengers and to pick up and deliver models' portfolios
• Keep a log of all models portfolios coming in and going out of office
• Open mail and distribute accordingly
• Deliver faxes to appropriate person(s)
• Assist Main Board Managers with various administrative tasks
• Assist with visa processing
• Setup for office meetings and parties
• Arranging UPS shipments
• Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies
• Keeping track of office birthdays and events
• Up-keep of reception area/conference rooms
• Running office errands
• Scheduling conference room meetings
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
• Interest in fashion industry
• Desire to grow into an Assistant position and progress down the Model Management career path
Skills and Abilities
• Professional phone manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with varying deadlines
• MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Internet research required
