Department Architecture – with focus on Impact, Events, OL projects
Main Purpose of Job Manage various projects and priorities within Architecture
Reports To VP Architecture Development
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Support VP of Architecture with various priorities, especially project management duties of key initiatives
• Navigate various business entities to ideate, collaborate, and ensure follow through across established Architecture projects
• Maintain all notes for all meetings; recap and assign next steps where necessary
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels and areas of the company to identify, track, and keep projects moving forward
• Act as liaison with key business functions for updated information to distribute to core group
• Work with Coordinator, Architecture to craft & update project management/tracking system
• Keep project team on track with next steps, deliverables and deadlines
• Maintain filing system for past projects and key updates

Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three or more years of related business experience
Skills and Abilities
• Strong internal relationships and ability to navigate the Endeavor ecosystem
• Exceptional interpersonal skills - a collaborative approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use resources effectively and efficiently, can perform multiple tasks at once, and arrange information in a useful manner.
• Produce accurate work, even when under pressure, and check accuracy of information before using or passing on to others.
• Strong time management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities effectively while maintaining productive flow of work.
• Practices attentive and active listening, with flexibility and adaptability, in order to determine what drives results.
• Demonstrates good follow-through on information and project status.
Qualifications
• Detail and process orientated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Excel, Outlook, Keynote and Powerpoint
