IMG Studios is searching for a talented Production Manager who can play a pivotal role in our production management team, overseeing a large sports production. We are seeking bi-lingual (English & Spanish) production experience in soccer to join our team!

IMG Studios produces coverage of Major League Soccer Season Pass via Apple TV. This role is a key team member supporting production and coverage of our studio and field production teams. This person will manage Production Coordinators in the NYC Studio in Harlem. We're looking for financial acumen to handle budgets and spend, operations expertise, coordination and logistics, and extensive experience working in production and studios.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for soccer, be bi-lingual in English and Spanish, and have the ability to work out of NY-based studio through the work week, including nights and weekends.
• Lead Studio Production team on logistical planning/execution (transport, accommodation, catering), financial planning/execution/reporting (daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting and budgeting), and general planning/problem-solving as required.
• Support Studio Producer, Director and editorial staff during weekly preparation and studio coverage
• Support studio on-screen talent during weekly preparation and studio coverage
• Collaborate with Lead PM and Studio PM to assure production and client needs are met
• Manage the production team including recruiting production coordinators and assistants, and proactively manage the career development of the team, resolving any problems which may arise. Liaise with HR as required.
• Manage and distribute production paperwork as required (Call sheets, studio information, etc.)
• Champion IMG's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives as well as ensuring that IMG's Mental Health initiatives are actively supported. Be responsible for negotiating, booking and issuing contracts with vendors, suppliers, freelancers
• Ensure Contingent Worker hires are booked in accordance with current employment/ tax guidelines
• Prepare budgets for productions in development
• Understand technical workflows and assist with the development of technical production plans
• Manage, arrange (and occasionally attend) shoots/outside broadcasts across the USA & Canada
• Be responsible for overseeing all health & safety procedures, protocols and requirements including risk assessments and insurance
• Work closely with colleagues during pre-production, production and post-production to champion and progress IMG's 'GreenToScreen' sustainability goals and reduce the production's carbon footprint wherever viable.
• Responsible for negotiating and issuing contracts for vendors, suppliers and Contingent Workers
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

• Requires weekend working and occasional regional/international travel
• Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
• DOILS will be given for days worked in addition to usual working pattern.

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory
• Previous Production Management experience working on a variety of project and specifically Live OBs and/or studio shows
• Experience in managing junior production management personnel
• Ability to create a detailed, line-by-line production budgets
• Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows
• Knowledge of archive and music clearance
• Knowledge of production insurance, health & safety
• Experience of dealing with clients

Qualifications and Training

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
