Position Summary/Objective:
The Premium Sales Account Executive will drive and grow revenue for Suites, Premium Seating, and Premium Experiences for events across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and account management background, direct experience working with large, medium, and small businesses, demonstrated history of a proven ticket sales record, experience working in sports and entertainment, and embody the spirit of teamwork.
This position will be expected to build strong relationships – internally and externally; sell and execute Premium opportunities to further expand the PBR's Premium platform and marry PBR's goals and objectives with those of our stakeholders to deliver an unprecedented experience that delivers results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily focus on prospecting, appointment setting, executing sales presentations on video and in a face-to-face format, and closing sales
• Efficiently build lead lists, qualify prospects, and determine premium viability
• Make outbound sales calls, e-mails, and texts to prospective stakeholders
• Maintain the highest level of customer service to all current and prospective clients
• The candidate should possess a team-first attitude and the competitive desire to adapt and lean in when called
• Build out sales decks and available assets for each property and venue
• Actively participate in Team Member training, developmental opportunities, and activities
• Responsible for National, Regional, and Local sales support – sourcing, researching, and following potential leads
• Work cross-functionally within PBR and across other Endeavor businesses to deliver value to stakeholders
• Collaborate with and support PBR Premium colleagues and their partners
• Proactively develop incremental investment opportunities for Premium Stakeholders
• Develop tracking and reporting procedures to help PBR maximize the impact of the Premium platform
• Develop an in-depth understanding of PBR Premium businesses, becoming an expert
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in all aspects of sales, account management, and ticket sales service
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Must function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Education & Formal Training:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in ticket sales, in sports and entertainment industry
Working Conditions:
• Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Ability to travel as required
