Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Become well versed in the intricacies of the IMG Media organization, processes, systems and clients
• Support more senior staff with day to day operations within the Media Sales business
• Create data driven presentation materials and decks for IMG programming clients, partners and potential customers
• Provide daily sales administration support for all IMG Media clients
• Fulfil research requests and reporting, organize programming and distribution data
• Run reports, enter deal terms into CRM
• Organize and manage business meetings (internal and external), conference calls, etc.
• Submit expense reports
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the role
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
• Must be prepared to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines

Knowledge and Experience
Mandatory
• A good knowledge of media trends in sports and entertainment
• Experience of working in a fast paced, sometimes demanding business
Desirable
• Experience of working in sports/entertainment media
• Experience of working in a professional environment supporting Executive management teams
