Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

In partnership with the Director
of Recru itment, Early Careers, the Manager will:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of all early career recruiting activity in the US with a particular focus on support ing the WME Agency 's entry level programs
• Build recruitment strategies and develop creative r ecruitment solutions to attract and hire the talented early-career professionals
• Build key partnerships with external parties (Universities, Non-profits, etc.) to ensu re talent channels reflect a diverse range
of experiences and backgrounds
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders internally and external ly, including DEI partners and community organizations to build a consistent pipeline of talent
• C reate candidate experiences that align wit h the company values and mission
• P rovide guidance to hiring managers such as best practice s in recruitment and as well as support them in drafting interview questions
• Work closely with the Director, Early Careers to identify roles within the organization that can be filled by talent pool candidates
• Make recommendations for improvement of recruitment processes where appropriate
• Keep up-to-date with employment law, recruitment practices and legislations

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experience managing recruitment operations and programs, ( either in recruitment agency or in-house ), h ands-on recruiting knowledge, plus an aptitude for leading recruitment operations and programs.
• Knowledge of the recruitment process, theories, best practices and tools .
• Methodologies and policies development experience .
• Strong project management skills .
• Strong background in Employer branding .
• Experience of worki ng in a large, matrix environment .
• Strong communication, decision making skills, interpersonal and influence skills .
• Proven strategic ability, business acumen, customer focus, flexibility, innovation, assessment skills .
