Manager, Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy

Job Description

Who We Are:

The Manager, Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy is responsible for leading employee programming, external-facing impact and inclusion initiatives, and communications. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating environments where employees can thrive, has a strong background in social impact, event programming, and communications, and possesses excellent project management skills. They should be creative, enthusiastic, and driven to make a meaningful impact on employees and the communities where we all live and work.

Responsibilities:

Programming and Events
• Collaborate with cross-functional team for employee initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of programming for Impact and Inclusion and general employee-centric programing, including volunteer events, company day of service, celebration moments, lunch and learns, and ERG events/programming
• Support the execution of Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy external-facing activations
• Support on the development and execution of industry inclusion programs
• Support client events and initiatives internally and across the network

Tables / Contributions / Executive Donations
• Manage the budget, process, and deliverables for the company's charitable contributions
• Track and report on the impact of contributions and donations, providing updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Develop communications to showcase the company's commitment to social impact

Communications
• Support internal and external-facing impact and inclusion-related communications strategy and materials
• Develop and manage culture and employee engagement-centric internal communications
• Support in producing impact and inclusion materials such as annual reports, e-blasts, newsletters, social media posts, invitations, and toolkits as needed
• Lead social media efforts for impact and inclusion

The Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy department works across the company portfolio to create programs and activations that benefit the greater good, focusing on employee engagement/ volunteerism, client impact/philanthropy, external initiatives that support the communities where we live and work, and leading the company's 501c3 foundation.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
