Who We Are:

The Role and What You'll Do:

As a Manager, Compensation, you will help lead the development of Global Compensation programs. You will be a strategic business partner to assigned internal client groups, taking charge of advising, designing, implementing, and executing/administering their compensation programs. This position will partner HR Business Partners and Business Leadership to drive meaningful impact by implementing solutions designed to meet the needs of the business(es) they serve!
• Provide day-to-day compensation support and consulting for assigned business units including but not limited to recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, employment offers, compensation for newly created positions etc.
• Perform department specific analysis to provide compensation recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Lead compensation reviews and provide recommendations to business leaders
• Utilize business knowledge and compensation expertise to perform root cause analysis and develop creative solutions.
• Partner with HRBP and Business leaders to distribute annual compensation allocations and support team with all annual planning activities.
• Evangelize company's compensation philosophy and strategy. Deliver training programs to ensure comprehension and adoption of compensation programs.
• Consult with recruiters on complex offer creation and negotiations.
• In partnership with HR Business Partners, coach managers on compensation decisions and communication
• Lead M&A integration from a compensation perspective within assigned business units

You Have These:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in Compensation including merger & acquisition and global experience
• In-depth knowledge of compensation elements and best practices.
• Proven experience in compensation program design, implementation, and administration.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently when advising senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent process management, planning and organizational skills.
• Robust analytical skills and business sense, with an ability to see the implications of actual and planned activities, adding value to management decisions.
• Team orientation with collaborative style.
• High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional excel/spreadsheet skills.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$93,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$125,000 annually
