What You'll Do:
• Working within the Legal Operations Team, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and provide day to day support of the platform.
• You will also be required to navigate a number of sales systems that currently integrate with the contracts platform.
• Providing support to both media and non-media projects as required.
• Day to day uploading and processing of signed contracts to the contracts platform which may include onboarding new businesses.
• Comparing and checking signed contracts against data entered in the sales systems for accuracy.
• Using excel to prepare reports and manipulate data.
• Working with the Contracts Manager to troubleshoot issues as they arise in relation to all systems.
• Use of all Microsoft applications including PowerBi.

You Have These:
• Legal Operations experience within a global company desirable
• Prior experience using a Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, directors, managers, and subject matter experts is required.

Working Conditions:
• 3 Month Fixed Term Position – London, Chiswick Park
• Working hours are: 9am-5pm
• Working days are: Mon Fri
