Job Description
Activision Blizzard King seeks a privacy specialist to join its Legal and privacy team to grow its global privacy program and work with multiple stakeholders, products, services and franchises across the group. The privacy specialist will support the global privacy function.

Your Mission

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties*:
• Support the Legal Privacy Team based in London to develop, maintain and improve the global data protection program;
• Maintain, update and keep up-to-date documentation produced by the privacy lawyers related to privacy and data protection;
• Prepare, maintain and update legal documentation, including internal policies;
• Develop, maintain, update and keep up-to-date a the record of processing activities (ROPA);
• Conduct and review Data Protection Risk Assessments on third-party vendors, including due diligence and coordinating with relevant business stakeholders, legal and info security teams;
• When required, carry out data protection impact assessments (DPIA), legitimate interest assessments (LIA) and transfer impact assessments (TIA);
• Monitor and manage individual rights requests process (DSAR);
• Monitor and manage customers queries and police requests related to privacy;
• Support the coordination and training of a network of privacy champions;
• Be involved in various ad hoc privacy and compliance projects for different parts of the business, including marketing, IT, human resources, etc.;
• Provide day-to-day privacy, data protection and compliance support to the legal team;
• Assist in project managing privacy and compliance initiatives, including minute team meetings, prepare timelines and presentations, keep track of people and progress in general;
• General administration and support including conducting research, maintaining databases, updating templates.
• Willingness to support other departments within the legal team as needed.

Player Profile

Qualifications/Training (appropriate to the job)
• Bachelor degree minimum
• Experience in a law firm and/or in an in-house legal team, preferably with some data protection experience
• CIPP accreditation preferred or any similar data protection practitioner certificate
• Experience of working with OneTrust and/or certification desirable but not essential

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities (appropriate to the job)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great proficiency in Powerpoint and Spreadsheets
• Willingness to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills (English, additional languages helpful)
• Good understanding of online technologies
