Endeavor is seeking an assistant to two senior lawyers at Endeavor, a sports, media, and entertainment company. Part of the job involves supporting the Chief Compliance Officer and the other portion involves supporting the EVP & General Counsel for Endeavor's Events, Experiences, Rights and Sports Data & Technology businesses. The job entails standard administrative assistant work (maintaining a calendar and tracking projects, maintaining legal files and agreements and other administrative functions) – but the right candidate also will be proactive in assisting the team in finding ways to streamline the groups work process and efficiency. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Being tuned in and present on all phone calls
• Tracking and coordinating deal negotiations
• Reviewing agreements and deal terms
• Basic administrative duties, such as scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report management
• Performing clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, redlining, and document distribution (including coordinating and tracking signatures of physical and digital documentation)
• Maintaining contract database
• Interacting with internal and external business partners and executives
• Ad-Hoc projects to support growth of division

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in a legal office environment supporting executives strongly preferred. Media/Entertainment experience is a plus

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$15.75 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$23.10 hourly
