Inside Sales (Tele-Sales) Representative (NY City Metro Area)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who is goal oriented with superior communication skills. The Inside Sales Representative will need to demonstrate time management skills, basic Tele-sales skills and ability to communicate using technical concepts. The Inside Sales Representative will develop leads in North America based on assigned territories and/or client segment groups. This is an entry level role that can develop into moving into the direct sales organization.

Responsibilities:
• Build sales pipeline using needs analysis, lead qualification, social selling and cold calling methodologies. This will include primarily outbound calls but may also include inbound leads/ inquiries.
• Identify prospects through own self-generation off of a target account list, as well as by working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
• Update and maintain Salesforce on a daily basis, based on the activity of leads and opportunities. Salesforce must be up to date with information uncovered on prospects during the needs analysis and qualifying stages by the Inside Sales Representative.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Company products and services, and Company Sales strategies.
• Pass qualified leads to the direct field sales executives.

EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years experience in sales related function.
• Must be detailed oriented and extremely organized.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Tele-Sales/cold calling experience preferred but not required.
• Salesforce.com or other CRM management tools experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of streaming of steaming video delivery, and basic understanding of CDN, player and DRM preferred but not required.
