The Goal
The Global Head of Inclusion and Learning will lead the direction of inclusion and capability development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion, leadership excellence, and continuous learning that aligns with the organization's mission and business objectives. The individual will shape and actively implement innovative strategies to develop critical leadership, change agility and professional capabilities while embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) principles into all talent and organizational initiatives.

The Player
What you'll bring
• Strong experience in culture, leadership development, and inclusion, with demonstrated success leading large-scale global programs.
• Experience in a multi-national, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed organization, preferably within a technology or fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of learning strategies, DE&I principles, and career development practices, including digital learning and blended methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead with cultural sensitivity and develop solutions that resonate with diverse global audiences.
• Strong knowledge of learning evaluation, people analytics, and the career development technology landscape.
• A track record of driving measurable outcomes in inclusion and leadership development initiatives.
