We are currently looking for an Executive Creative Director to continue help grow our award-winning agency.

You're a steady partner with other departments to rinse and repeat the process.

Qualifications:
• 20+ years of creative experience at advertising agencies, brand-side and/or specialist agencies (Experiential/pr/digital, partnerships etc.)
• 10+ years of leadership experience over a wide portfolio of diverse clients across a global network.
• Ability to thrive in a large complex organization, building stronger relationships, integrated processes between departments and deeper connections within the Endeavor network.
• A history of and passion for building diverse, inclusive creative departments where all voices are heard and all talent is recognized.
• A strong portfolio full of breakthrough ideas that cross categories and drive results. Experience as both a maker of great work and an instigator of it.
• A proven track record for winning business, building business outward and elevating the profile and profitability of the creative department within an agency.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$225,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$300,000 annually
