Position Summary
WME Fashion, a major worldwide talent agency is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Talent Strategy, Scouting + Incubation. The ideal candidate must have the ability work in a fast-paced work environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, to support a Senior Executive in our New York office. Excellent communication skills are a must. Previous assistant experience required, agency experience a plus.
General Responsibilities
• Effectively manage Senior Executive calendar, including setting, re-scheduling, and confirming multiple meetings and conference calls in the Talent Representation space across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Arrange travel plans as needed, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and arranging transportation to and from airport to locations.
• Coordinate with the global team and other executives for meetings agendas and deliverables, coordinating with each BU
• Manage heavy phone details and expense reports, authorizations, and approvals, etc. all in line with company policies and procedures.
• Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the executive's use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches and presentations
• Screen requests to determine priority level, including visitors, phone calls, and incoming correspondence.
• Ensuring smooth flow of the workday with proactive schedule prep and contingency planning
• Liaise internally and externally as necessary with all levels of personnel, clients, and business associates.
• Update and maintain internal online filing systems.
• Be well informed across four business units and act as a point of contact and information for multiple inquiries, facilitate connections across the different businesses.
• Strong interest and understanding of fashion are a big plus.
• Trust and discretion while handling privileged information.
• Participate in special project assignments on an as required basis.
Knowledge and Experience
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint to work on monthly update documents
• General computer knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including adaptability, personal effectiveness, and the ability to establish quick rapport.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and make decisions with informed discretion.
• Must have professional phone etiquette.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$18.75 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum:
$25.00 hourly
