Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our EVP, Head of Media. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a large Media organization providing exposure to a wide range of business areas and individuals at all levels. Working as part of the office team, there is the opportunity to gain exposure and experience across products, functions and countries. The role holder will be central to the US Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:
• Assist the EVP in all professional administrative matters.
• Ensure clients are handled appropriately.
• Answer the telephone and make calls in a professional manner.
• Prepare and proof client presentations and related material.
• Schedule and maintain Executive's calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
• Anticipate and prepare meeting materials and reports needed by Executive.
• Act as liaison between the Executive and her direct reports, as well as internal and external contacts. Coordinate activities and ensure that requests are carried out. Handle a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office, which often cannot be brought to the attention of the Executive.
• Handle the Executive's expenses.
• Assists department in special projects as requested by the Executive and/or department. Provides support to manager's direct reports.
• Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.

You Will Have:
• Must have undertaken similar roles in fast paced, high growth business before, preferably in the Sports or Entertainment Industry
• Previous experience as an EA/PA is required
• Driving administrative processes
• Must have handled confidential information before while exercising discretion
• Must have developed the knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, and other common corporate processes

Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• This role will be based at our office in New York, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
• Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
• May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
• Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the business schedule
• Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$82,500 annually
