Key Responsibilities:

The Director, Recruiting - Early Careers will build, drive and lead early career recruiting and programming across Endeavor's portfolio. You are passionate about DEI and making impact, and have a proven track record of successfully designing early career programs and partnerships with the ability to execute using a data-driven approach, all the while building trust and collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels. You will partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies for engaging early career talent by:
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of all early career recruiting activity across Endeavor's global programs, to include Strategy, Events, Partnerships and Operations; developing creative recruitment solutions for attracting talent and driving our DEI initiatives
• Building a continuous candidate pipeline with the goal of conversion
• Collaborating with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
• Ensuring applicants and prospects are reflective of hiring managers' requirements according to job description future team needs
• Providing guidance to hiring managers such as best practice in recruitment and selection as well supporting them in drafting interview questions
• Develop scalable event strategy for targeting and pipelining best in class talent
• Preparing internal campus ambassadors and other stakeholders for campus visits, panels and on-campus interviews
• Arranging and booking interviews as well as sending appropriate interview paperwork to candidates and managers
• Ensuring hiring managers are prepped with interview questions in advance of interviews
• Partnering with Recruiting Teams to identify roles within the organization that can be filled by talent pool candidates
• Creating phenomenal candidate experiences that align with the company values and mission
• Establishing and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders internally and external
• Building key relationships with external parties to ensure talent channels are effective
• Working closely with the business, and HR Business Partners to ensure the right talent are resourced
• Ensuring all recruitment paperwork is collated and managed appropriately and in line with the recruitment procedures, ensuring compliance with The Data Protection
• Making recommendations for improvement of recruitment processes where appropriate
• Keeping up to date with employment law, recruitment practices and legislations

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experience managing early careers recruitment operations and programs, (either in recruitment agency, within university relations or in-house).
• Knowledge of the recruitment process, theories, best practices, and tools.
• Methodologies and policies development experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong background in Employer branding.
• Experience of working in a large, matrix environment.
• Strong communication, decision making skills, interpersonal and influence skills.
• Proven strategic ability, business acumen, customer focus, flexibility, innovation, assessment skills.
