The Role and What You'll Do:

The Director, NFL Partnership and Business Development at On Location plays a vital role in the strategic management and growth of On Location's partnerships with NFL Clubs. This role is responsible for cultivating and enhancing these partnerships, ensuring alignment with On Location's strategic goals and the evolving landscape of the NFL. The Director will act as the primary liaison between On Location and NFL Clubs, overseeing relationship management, partnership activations, and strategic initiatives to foster long-term growth and collaboration.
Optimize Salesforce CRM to enhance functionality, usability, and efficiency, ensuring it serves as an effective tool for sales enablement and operations. 
• Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison and day-to-day contact for NFL Club Partners, overseeing the entire relationship lifecycle from initiation and activation to renewal and expansion. Ensure partnerships deliver exceptional value and meet the evolving needs of both parties. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate closely with internal teams across On Location, including marketing, ticketing, finance, legal, and more. This role requires a proactive and integrative approach to leverage cross-functional expertise and effectively activate sponsorship elements and programs. 
• Strategic Development: Work alongside senior management to strategically develop, negotiate, and manage sponsorship relationships with NFL Clubs. Focus on both renewing existing partnerships and identifying as well as developing new relationship opportunities to enhance On Location's portfolio.  
• Opportunity Exploration: Actively seek and identify new opportunities with NFL Club partners, with a keen focus on high-impact events such as the Super Bowl, International Games, and regular season activities. Ensure these opportunities align with On Location's strategic goals and enhance partnership value. 
• Event Coordination: Coordinate with various functional areas within On Location during key times of the year, such as NFL Schedule releases and end-of-season planning. Ensure seamless execution and support for NFL Club partners, aligning with their schedules and major events. 
• Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance and ticketing teams to model Club partnerships. Contribute to the overall business strategy and financial health of On Location by ensuring that partnerships are financially viable and strategically aligned. 
• Activation Oversight: Oversee the activation of service elements within On Location's relationships with NFL Clubs as needed. This includes developing and implementing special programs for NFL Clubs at On Location events, ensuring a premium and differentiated experience is delivered consistently. 
• Partnership Management: Assist with the management of other On Location partnerships as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a deep understanding of partnership dynamics across different contexts. Ensure that all partnerships are managed to the highest standards, contributing to On Location's reputation as a premier experience provider.

Travel  

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 20% travel in the United States.  

You Have These
• 6+ years proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the sports industry or directly with NFL Clubs.  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative efforts.  
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record
of developing and growing partnerships.  
• Excellent communication skills
