The IMG Media & Events – Arts & Entertainment division is responsible for producing and promoting world-class events, attractions and exhibitions across the globe. Our full range of services and capabilities include strategy and development, talent procurement, ticket management, operations and creative services. Culturespaces, the leading private European cultural operator, manage historical monuments, museums and art centers and 2012, revolutionized the field of art with monumental digital immersive exhibitions. Culturespaces is the operator behind critically acclaimed 'Atelier Des Lumières' and Hall des Lumières is a new joint venture between IMG and Culturespaces.

We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Coordinator to execute on the marketing strategy for Hall des Lumieres, an immersive multimedia fine arts experience launching in New York City in 2022. We are seeking an analytical, creative and digital savvy candidate to help drive the growth of this attraction through content strategies, consumer acquisition & retention and marketing partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Marketing Director, utilize the full range of online tools to build growth, engagement and conversions for HDL across social media, email and website
• Alongside the Marketing Director, execute delivery of the marketing strategy and media campaign for HDL
• Project manage internal and external content production teams and graphic designers in the production of innovative and engaging content
• Manage and implement influencer strategy to build brand awareness, credibility, reach and drive advance ticket sales
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sponsor and partner requirements are fulfilled and opportunities for reciprocal marketing are maximized
• Employ first-class copywriting and content creation skills to establish a clear and consistent tone of voice and meaningful narrative
• Manage weekly reporting process and use data to shape strategy and decision making, track platform growth and analyze content performance
• Drive innovation and new practices, keeping on top of industry trends, competitor activity and fan behavior
• Deliver promotional and media partnerships, including social and content partners, that will improve reach & brand affinity
• Any other duties that are within the scope of the role that may be required

Qualifications
• 5+ years of results focused, consumer marketing experience with a track record of delivering strong performance against KPI's
• BA/BS from top undergraduate university with degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficient in leveraging both traditional and innovative marketing tactics
• Strong experience using key digital marketing channels (acquisition and retention)
• Extensive experience managing the development of creative assets and content that drive consumers through the purchase funnel effectively
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
• Energetic, Flexible, Collaborative
