Job Description
Full-Time, Hourly (40 hours minimum plus per week)

Reporting to Executive Editorial Director and supporting department directors

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of daily department duties including but not limiting admin support, email trafficking, archive and marketing material management, information tracking, meeting scheduling, recording notes, and gathering/providing updates
• Track designer updates and organizing information to present to various internal/external stakeholders including but not limiting the creation of internal/external presentations, spreadsheets, client briefs, partnership, deal points, and beyond
• Contribute to development of fashion-related partnerships, programming, initiatives, and brand content and participate in brainstorm sessions as well as internal/external meetings
• Manage ticketing process, including coordinating FOH partners, distilling allotments, liaising across departments and externally with partners, and providing on-site support and direction
• Execute onboarding of designers, talent and brands, etc., as directed, surrounding participation in events and partnerships and programming, including but not limiting NDA's, contracts, billings, COIs, asset management and beyond
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limiting new/existing partners, PR, Production, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Digital, Sales, Marketing, and Talent Management, across Endeavor
• Support department in preparation for internal/external meetings and beyond
• Contribute to team presentations and compile materials on designers, partnerships, collaborations, activations, brand leads, and industry trends – reporting relevant updates as needed and taking a business development approach to research, observing opportunities and helping secure leads
• Manage and execute any/all department gifting initiatives and deliveries and support any designer sample trafficking
• Manage department contact databases for internal and external distribution
• Management of hiring and on-boarding of department contract workers and interns
• Assist with tracking and monitoring of expenses of department finances

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with knowledge of fashion industry landscape and key talent such as fashion designers and influencers globally
• Minimum 1-2 years prior relevant Fashion PR, Production, Marketing, Editorial, Sales and/or Brand experience as well as admin experience assisting high profile executives
• Able to work late/early hours and weekends based on seasonal/event needs and possible travel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a hybrid in-person/virtual work environment with minimal supervision while still maintaining strong team collaboration, regardless of location or time zone
• Extremely creative, detail oriented, proactive, and solution driven
• Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Creative, and Google platforms
