The Role and What You'll Do:
The Business Services Coordinator will process travel data while working primarily in Sabre and Trams. The person in this role will also work across the business to ensure accurate travel data through collaboration and process improvement. Additionally, this person will aid in credit card reconciliations and ad-hoc report requests.
The individual in this role would ideally have experience as a travel agent with a desire to work in a back- office setting. He or she must be able to understand travel process and the underlying data elements to help develop and implement internal process efficiencies. Critical skills for this role include the ability to collaborate effectively with others, communicate clearly, and attention to detail.
• Interface data between Sabre and Trams
• Assist with daily ARC reports
• Work with agents and account managers across the business to ensure that processes are followed, and data is accurate
• Assist with airline ticket refunds
• Read, understand, and effectively communicate airline policy changes to agents and account managers
You Have These
• Global Distribution knowledge, specifically Sabre, is required
• Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets
• Knowledge of ARC submission process and requirements preferred
• Knowledge of Trams/Tres is preferred
• Knowledge of Concur and other travel related technologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bookkeeping background helpful
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 5% travel.
