Billing Assistant

The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting fashion photography agents and producers in the overall photography production process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to advance and final invoicing, reconciling production job wraps, processing expenses through concur expense management system, credit card coding, submitting and processing vendor invoices, handling new vendor setups, tracking incoming and outgoing payments and working closely with the accounting team.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and billing experience
• Highly developed administrative skills, in comparable field is a plus
• Must be organized in overseeing numerous coinciding projects
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, CRM systems and ability to learn new systems
• Professional communication skills to interface with clients and artists

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$19.50 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$26.00 hourly
