The Consumer Marketing group is seeking a data-driven performance marketer to join the team as Associate, Paid Media. The successful candidate will assist in the development and lead the implementation of paid media plans for a large portfolio of live events across the globe. This role will be integral to helping the larger team drive meaningful revenue impact across the portfolio of live events.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Lead campaign implementation: own execution of all digital marketing plans in ad platforms, often setting up multiple campaigns at one time
• Maintain numerous schedules of creative refresh cadences, budget optimizations, and flow of media activity throughout campaign flight dates
• Assist with the development of digital media plans and campaign recommendations
• Gather and analyse campaign data to provide strategic, consumer-insight driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Oversee campaign budgets, track budget pacing, lead the billing process & resolve any billing discrepancies that may arise
• Pull campaign data & analyse reports (weekly, quarterly, end of campaign) using ad platforms and Microsoft Excel
• Develop strong working relationship with event teams when applicable to create a seamless communication process that ensures event team goals & needs are being met
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of work within a wide range of timelines
• Develop solutions and streamline processes to overcome role challenges

Knowledge & Experience
• Basic understanding of paid media planning, implementation, and reporting
• Basic understanding of media fundamentals, including media math (CPM, CPC, etc.), target audience development, and creative best practices
• Preferred experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ad Manager; bonus experience with Twitter, LinkedIn but not required
• Experience working in a team and collaborating with others
• Basic presentation and report writing/building skills

Skills and Abilities
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with clear and proven organizational skills
• Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Solution-oriented problem solver that can work independently when needed
• Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
• Demonstrate strategic thinking
• Keen interest in staying plugged into industry trends through trade news, industry workshops / seminars and tracking current events
• Adept at time management and handling shifting priorities
• Quick learner that is eager to gain experience in digital media

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
• You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event
• You may be required to travel to events, as necessary

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$37,500.00 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$55,000.00 hourly
