The Role and What You'll Do:
Are you a talented content creator ready to take on a thrilling challenge? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Producer, specializing in filming and editing feature content for Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) with our US-based team!
You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by using the Adobe Suite to create engaging editorial and branded digital content, including captivating motion graphics (GFX). Your skills in visual storytelling and creating compelling visuals will play a vital role in captivating our audience.
Filming is also a part of the role, working alongside other members of our team and freelance specialists on location with various professional cameras, including the Sony FX6 and FX3. You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality footage that brings our projects to life.
Our work for WBD covers a range of projects, from filming on the PGA Tour and at Major tournaments to high-end collaborations with corporate and commercial clients on funded projects. This variety allows for diverse and rewarding experiences in the industry.
Occasional studio and multi-camera shoots will also be part of your responsibilities, providing you with opportunities to showcase your versatility and contribute to creating immersive and visually stunning productions.

• Editing features on Adobe Premiere for our client, WBD (shown on Eurosport, Golf Digest and Discovery+)
• Using Adobe Suite to create engaging digital content, including motion GFX
• Filming on various cameras including Sony FX6 and FX3
• Working for corporate/commercial clients on funded projects
• Occasional studio and multi-camera shoots
• Working with team originating from UK, currently based in Orlando for USA production
You Have These:
• Self-editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Proven track record creating digital content
• Filming broadcast quality video and audio on Sony FX6 or similar
• Experience filming on location - working alone and with colleagues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Computer literate

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$70,700 annually
