ANALYST

The Analyst role of North America for Endeavor Analytics will be responsible for providing direct support to Managers and Directors, while also leaning in to larger-scale projects for clients and key stakeholders of Endeavor.

Reporting to Manager of Endeavor Analytics, of North America, the Analyst role is a ''doer'' who can churn and burn on workout and thrive in a high paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing the performance of key programs/theatricals across the linear and digital eco-system.
• Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, and events.
• Providing social media insights and analysis.
• Lean into to help support Managers, Directors, and VP's when help is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Entry level position, so no prior work experience in our field is necessary, but of course welcomed.
• Well organized and collaborative.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Interested in using data to help build narratives.
• Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport.
• Strategic thinker.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Curiosity for programing languages/tools (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$71,500 annually
