VP, Customer and Platform Enablement
The EA Digital Platform (EADP) group provides central services that help game teams to tap into the power of the global EA ecosystem. Compatible across multiple platforms and devices, our platform empowers teams to foster deeper, more meaningful relationships with our players. The EADP is the foundation on which EA's games are built. By providing reusable capabilities that game teams can easily integrate into their games, we allow them to focus on making incredible games. These building blocks are made up of high-level service platforms including Commerce, Data and AI, Gameplay Services, Identity and Social.
Reporting to the head of EADP, the VP, Customer and Platform Enablement, you will ensure great customer satisfaction. The VP will lead the account management and services integration team, own cross-domain technologies and drive the effectiveness of the internal portal and related documentation. EA's executives and senior leaders will look towards the VP as a partner and advocate in achieving their goals. You will design additional frameworks and tools to track customer satisfaction more to ensure EADP is meeting customer expectations and able to quickly identify and correct misalignments. You will also be accountable for the alignment and continuous delivery against common technical programs across EADP.
Responsibilities:
• You will lead a Senior Account Management (Developer Relations) & Senior Engineering (Developer Solutions) teams.
• Engage and align Executive and Sr. leaders across EA's teams to meet customer and studio priorities.
• Envision and build a deep customer portal into EADP services, helping customers discover, activate, onboard, and integrate services into customer products and development environments.
• Advocate for broad platform customer needs.
• Build a collaborative working relationship with Engineering and Product Management organizations.
• Provide a great customer experience by anticipating, identifying, and addressing portfolio-wide customer issues and trends.
• Envision and build low-level building block technology that can accelerate product development with EADP.
Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience building a strong customer engagement model and team.
• 10 years experience working in high technology services and support (e.g., online services, software, web technologies).
• Passionate about customer needs and focus: responsive to the needs of our studios and customers while building toward an overall excellent data capability for EA
• Skills at promoting agreement across a range of different opinions and interests; experienced at building agreement within federated, complex environments with a specific goal of promoting an enterprise-wide strategy across EA's divisions
• Can envision and build a new and inspiring direction that ensures EA is building the right thing with creative differentiators that improve impact
Nice to Have:
• Exhibit a history of embracing working within a creative, technology enabled atmosphere in which fun and entertainment remain the central themes
